What is The Oddbodd Stop?

The Oddbodd Stop is a small handmade stationery business based in the East Midlands, England. We design, create and sell products specialising in notebooks, stickers and a variety of stationery featuring our original kawaii artwork and characters! We believe that everyone should have a fun and creative workspace and we are here to help you achieve just that!

Ordering from The Oddbodd Stop

How can I place an order?

Have a look through all of our product pages and add anything you like to your basket, once this is complete head over to the checkout page and follow the instructions to place your order and pay securely.  

What payment options do you accept?

 We accept a variety of different payment options, all of which are listed at checkout. 

How will my order be packaged?

 Your order will be hand packed by me in my little studio space using eco friendly cute and pastel packaging.

What shipping options do you offer?

All orders will be posted with 48 hour tracked delivery by Royal Mail to ensure you can see every step of the process and give you peace of mind.  

Where do you ship to? 

 We are currently able to send orders to England, Scotland and Wales. We are hoping to be able to ship to more destinations in the future. 

 

Returns Policy 

Am I able to return my order?

Yes, we accept return requests within 14 days of the order arriving to you. The order must be posted back to us at the customers expense and all products in the order must be in the original packaging, undamaged and in a sellable condition. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned to out without an approved request will not be accepted. 

To request a return please fill out the Contact Us form on the website or by emailing us at oddboddstop@gmail.com 

You will be sent a returns address once the request has been confirmed. Once the item has been inspected and meets the standard for return outlined above, a refund will be issued. 

Please note - some items are non returnable. This includes; perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), personal hygiene and care (such as beauty products or anything that comes into contact with the body) 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on any products purchased with a gift card. 

What if my order arrives damaged? 

As soon as your order arrives please ensure to inspect it to check for damages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by sending an email along with a photograph to oddboddstop@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Do you accept exchanges? 

If you would like to discuss a potential need for an exchange please contact us at oddboddstop@gmail.com prior to your order being dispatched. If your order has been dispatched then we can no longer accept an exchanges request, you will need to request a return and once that has been accepted, received and inspected, make a separate purchase for the new item.
